The Effect of Incentives, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Work Ability on Employee Performance in PT BRI Unit Agus Salim Rantauprapat

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the influence of incentives, work discipline, organizational culture, and work ability on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Agus Salim Rantauprapat Unit. Design/methodology/approach – Quantitative research with an associative approach was used as the methodology. The sample size was 32 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research technique to collect data, supported by literature review and observation. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial coefficient, simultaneous, and determination tests) were used in the data analysis process, which was conducted using SPSS software. Research limitations/implications – The results show that partially and simultaneously, incentives, work discipline, organizational culture, and work ability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Agus Salim Rantauprapat Unit.
