MODEL SUSCEPTIBLE VACCINATED INFECTED TREATMENT RECOVERED DENGAN PENGARUH SANITASI PADA PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT MENULAR (KASUS CAMPAK DI INDONESIA)

Campak merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus golongan Paramyxovirus. Penyebaran penyakit campak direpresentasikan dalam model susceptible infected recovered (SIR). Pencegahan penyakit campak dilakukan melalui sanitasi dan program vaksinasi. Kementerian Kesehatan RI melakukan program vaksinasi campak/MR untuk mencapai target Indonesia bebas campak di tahun 2030. Pengobatan campak dengan pemberian vitamin A. Pada penelitian ini, dikonstruksi model SVITR dengan pengaruh sanitasi yang diterapkan pada kasus campak di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berupa data tahunan 2009-2019. Grafik penyelesaian model untuk tahun 2009-2030 di Indonesia menunjukkan banyaknya individu S, V, I, T mengalami trend turun. Sebaliknya, banyaknya individu R mengalami trend naik. Eror relatif yang diperoleh berada di interval [-0,942920 , 0,339577]. Berdasarkan grafik penyelesaian model tersebut, diprediksi pada tahun 2030 masih terdapat 42 kasus campak sehingga target bebas campak belum tercapai. Berdasarkan simulasi parameter, jika laju kontak diturunkan sampai 90%, konstanta proporsi ditingkatkan sampai 33%, konstanta tingkat sanitasi ditingkatkan sampai 55% maka diprediksi Indonesia telah bebas campak di tahun 2030. Selain itu, jika banyaknya individu rentan yang mendapatkan vaksi ditingkatkan sampai 10%, diprediksi Indonesia telah bebas campak di tahun 2030.
