Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • write a cover letter to the editorial team provided in Comments for Editors

Author Guidelines

The manuscripts received will undergo an initial screening by the editors before being subjected to a double-blind peer review by at least one reviewers

Manuscript style

The manuscripts may be submitted in Indonesian or English. The manuscript should be prepared using the provided template

The manuscript should be structured into the following sections :

  1. Title, (Manuscripts written in Indonesian must include both an Indonesian and an English title. For manuscripts written in English, only the English title is required.)
  2. An abstract (200 – 250 words), embodying the concise description of the problem/purpose of the work, objective, methods used, result and conclusions, abstract must be written using past tense. Words in the abstract should be 200-250 words. Abstract must not contain any table, figure, citation or equation.
  3. Introduction, The article should include the background, research objectives, and its position relative to previous research to strengthen its novelty. The importance of conducting research should be emphasized. Theoretical foundations directly relevant to the article's content may be included but do not need to be considered separate subchapters. The introduction should avoid a detailed literature review or summary of the results. Manuscripts must clearly demonstrate research novelty and present a comprehensive state-of-the-art literature review to explicitly highlight the study's tangible contribution to science.
  4. Methods, Material must contain an explanation of the research materials by stating the origin and the qualifications of the research material. Research methods include how the research was conducted. Each research procedure performed must be clearly described. Previously published procedures should be referenced. Include a description of the ethics review certificate if the research involved experimental animals.
  5. Result and Discussion, This section explains the results of all the stages described in the method section. The contents of the explanation of the results must be able to show important things briefly and simply, also correlations and trends that occur based on data. Results can be presented in the form of drawings, tables, diagrams, or writing. All illustrations, including figures, charts, and graphs, must be properly labeled, numbered consecutively (i.e., Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, etc.) based on the order they appear and are mentioned in the main text, and accompanied by appropriate captions. Similarly, tables must also be properly labeled (i.e., Table I, Table II, Table III, etc.). All figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Tables should be provided in editable forms.   6. Conslusion, The conclusion contains a summary of what is obtained from the results of research and what needs to be further studied. In addition, it can also contain an evaluation of the shortcomings, advantages, and recommendations of the research that has been done.
  7. Acknowledgment, Contains acknowledgments to those who helped conducting the research.
  8. Conflict of Interest, All authors are required to disclose honestly and transparently any conflicts of interest that could influence the research results, data interpretation, or the objectivity of the submitted manuscript. Conflicts of interest may be financial or non-financial in nature
  9. References, The reference list must include at least 15 articles. At least 80% must be original articles. Use the 7th edition of APA style with Mendeley or Zotero. (Calibri, 12 pt, justify, 1.15 space)
