Pola Konsumsi Remaja Putri di Daerah Terdampak Lumpur Lapindo, Sidoarjo

Pertumbuhan fisik pada remaja yang cepat membutuhkan asupan gizi yang memadai. Namun, remaja sering mengabaikan pola konsumsi yang bergizi dan seimbang. Hal ini dapat berakibat pada tingginya masalah gizi pada remaja, khususnya remaja putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola konsumsi pada remaja putri. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di daerah terdampak lumpur Lapindo, Sidoarjo. Sebanyak 72 remaja putri dilibatkan pada penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mewawancarai responden dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square dan uji fisher exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi remaja masih rendah dan belum sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang, terutama konsumsi protein hewani, sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan. Konsumsi pangan protein hewani dan buah-buahan secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada remaja putri yang bersekolah SMP dan tinggal di rumah orang tuanya. Perlunya pembiasaan sarapan pagi di tempat sekolah dan lingkungan pesantren serta edukasi gizi terkait pola gizi seimbang pada remaja putri.
