Focus and Scope

Jurnal Abdimas Pantura Lestari is a scientific journal that publishes the results of community service focused on sustainable agricultural development and agricultural environmental management in the Pantura region and other agricultural areas in Indonesia. This journal serves as a medium for disseminating the application of science, appropriate technology, and social innovation to improve the welfare of farmers, agricultural productivity, and the sustainability of agroecosystems.

The main focus of the journal includes empowering farming communities through assistance, education, and capacity building based on local needs. The topics of community service are aimed at addressing agricultural challenges, such as land degradation, climate change, water resource limitations, farming efficiency, and food security.

The scope of the Abdimas Pantura Lestari Journal includes: (1) community service activities based on agriculture and the agricultural environment; (2) empowerment and development of rural farming communities; (3) innovation and application of agricultural technology, including food crop cultivation, horticulture, and plantations; (4) sustainable agricultural resource management, such as soil and water conservation and agricultural ecosystem management; (5) food security and sustainable agricultural systems; (6) agricultural policy, governance, and institutions; and (7) case studies and best practices of community service activities in agriculture.

This journal encourages multidisciplinary collaboration and synergy between academics, practitioners, extension workers, and the community, as well as bridging research results with real-world implementation in the field to support sustainable agricultural development.
