Ownership
The PENA JUSTISIA: Media Komunikasi dan Kajian Hukum is owned and published by the Faculty of Law, Pekalongan University. The journal collaborates with Perkumpulan Ahli Ikatan Dewan Sangketa Konstruksi, Society of Construction Law International as a partner organization.

Management
The journal is managed by an Editorial Team led by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editorial Team is responsible for the editorial process, including manuscript screening, peer-review management, and publication decisions, in accordance with the journal’s Editorial Policies. Editorial decisions are made independently of the publisher and of publication fee considerations. The composition of the Editorial Team is available on the Editorial Team page.

Funding
PENA JUSTISIA: Media Komunikasi dan Kajian Hukum is hosted on the Open Journal Systems platform of Universitas Pekalongan. Article Processing Charges are used to support journal operations, including editorial services, DOI registration, and journal management.
