If a paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

Waiver: Pena Justisia provides an Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver for manuscripts involving foreign authors. A 25% APC waiver is available for manuscripts with at least one author whose primary institutional affiliation is in Indonesia and at least one author whose primary institutional affiliation is outside Indonesia. A 50% APC waiver is available for manuscripts in which all listed authors have their primary institutional affiliations outside Indonesia. Manuscripts in which all authors have their primary institutional affiliations in Indonesia are subject to the standard APC.

Application Procedure: Authors eligible for an APC waiver should indicate their eligibility during submission or contact the Editorial Team before payment is requested. The corresponding author should provide the manuscript title, submission ID, corresponding author's name, and the institutional affiliation and country of all authors. The Editorial Team will verify the information and communicate the waiver decision before payment is requested.

Independence of Waiver Decisions: Eligibility for an APC waiver and the submission of an APC waiver request do not affect editorial screening, peer review, editorial decisions, acceptance or rejection, or publication of the manuscript. Editorial and peer review decisions are made independently of APC considerations.
