The focus of Pena Justisia is publishing the manuscript of outcome study, and conceptual ideas which specific in the sector of Law science. Pena Justisia aims to provide a forum for lectures and researchers on applied law science to publish the original articles.

The scope of Pena Justisia spans an interdisciplinary framework encompassing legal, social science, and communication studies. Core areas of focus include Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedural Law, Adat Law, Environmental Law, Public Administration, Public Policy, and Governance.

In line with the complex realities of contemporary legal challenges, the journal also welcomes critical contributions from the broader fields of social sciences and communication studies. This includes—but is not limited to—sociology of law, political sociology, legal anthropology, criminology, legal psychology, media and communication law, public opinion and policy discourse, digital governance, civic engagement, strategic communication in legal advocacy, as well as the intersection of law and media in shaping public narratives.

Pena Justisia accepts submission from all over the world. All accepted articles will be published free of charges of an article-processing charge and will be freely available to all readers with worldwide visibility and coverage.
